ASCOFI - 1^st annual congress on innovative collaborative R&D projects and SMEs

June 11 & 12, 2008 - Montpellier, France

As an initiative of eight consulting firms - ARTTIC being one of them - the Association Syndicale Professionnelle des Conseils en Organisation et en Financement de l'Innovation (ASCOFI) was founded in 2008. The association aims at promoting consultancy profession in the field of innovative projects in the private as well as in the public sector.

ASCOFI organises its first congress the 11 & 12 June 2008 in Montpellier with the support of the DRIRE Languedoc Roussillon and the DGE. More than 250 people are expected to attend the event - regional and intraregional intermediaries of innovation, institutions, SMEs and consultants.

This congress intends to provide SMEs with assistance in the management of their collaborative projects and to introduce four practical guides: the first one aims at giving general guidelines, the second one is on regional politics and ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) for SMEs, a third one on ANR (French Research Agency) and the public-private partnerships and the fourth one on the SMEs in FP7.
